At Molderdisnova® we manufacture pieces of composite materials, mainly polyester reinforced with glassfiber and carbon fiber. These materials have a high mechanical resistance and they are the most suitable ones for outdoor applications.
We use a very specialized manufacturing technology and it consists in the injection of one of the components of the materials composed inside a mould, where previously we've introduced the fiber of reinforcement (RTM technology).
Among our products it is worth noting the complements for pools, slides for playgrounds, street furniture, basketball boards, showers and flower pots. We carry out the complete process of the product development: design, prototypes, moulds construction, manufacturing and distribution.
We developed our first slide in 1994 and since then we've always bet for the design and innovation as a strategy to develop our business.
In June 2005 we moved to a 12000 m2 new installations, where we keep on working and developing new products for different sectors and promoting the research in new materials and manufacturing technologies; our last achievement is the development of a new material called synthetic granite, which can be used to design street elements and so many other beautiful components, both for indoor and outdoor use.
Nowadays, we have a 40 people staff including technicians, engineers, designers, administration and high qualified professionals.
